On October 2, 2008 the CEO of the company formally anounced the profit sharing of 5% for social and community cause. Inspired by this the team of UNV7 too presented itself by pledging its contribution of 1% of the gross salaries for the same cause thus strenghning company's stand and contribution.

It was a proud moment for the entire team on 2 Octorber 2008 which happens to be the birth date of the Father of the Nation and a crusader for non violence and peace Mahatma Gandhi to launch a contributory scheme for the upliftment of poor and disabled citizens of the world community.

The entire amount that comes from this contribution would be used to advertise the cause, girl child education and healthy food and meals.

The other causes like environment awarness, polution, primary education, hygine, rural development, senior citizen support, and many more would be taken in hand in coming months depending upon the success of the present schemes.

As a part of the educations schemes the company got an overwhelming response from schools and other educational institutes.

The company has associated with two schools at the moment and in coming months more schools would be added under this scheme.

At the moment the company is concentrating on education of the girl child as the girl child is in a pethatic condition in India and else where in the developing countries as far as the education is concerned. A girl child of today would be the mother of tomorrow and her education is a must. Keeping in mind this idea the company has offered to take care of two girl childs from each school by providing scholarships at the Class 5 level and Class 6 level. From the two girl children one would be the best performer in the class to win the scholarship for entire tution fees, clothing, books and convaince (home - school - home) for the whol year. The class 5 level is the level where most of the Indian students drop out from the school.

The second girld child to be selected for the scholarship from each school would be from a poor background who cannot continue school education due to lack of money. The company would take care of the expences for the entire one year that includes everything that is related for a stable education of the girld child. If required the company would compansate upto INR1500 to the parents as well along with taking care of the educational expenditure of the girl child. Thus making at least one of her year safe in terms of education.

The other scheme proposed is for a one time contribution to the NGOs and charity organization or schools for liberary books and toys (only for mentally disabled kids).
